RV Awning Repair Video | Status Update

We're sorry folks, that it's taking just a few extra days to post the video but we just wanted to let everyone know that it will be uploaded very soon.

We want to let you know that we've seen a sneak preview of the video and we just know you'll really enjoy it. We can't wait to share it with you.

Our video guys are working very hard and in just a few more days we'll have our latest video project uploaded to the website.

For those who are new to our site...Last week we filmed the repair of a 20' awning tube that broke approximately in the center (we've seen many awnings break like this over our 30 years in the business).

We cleaned up the ends by sawing off the damaged ends, then inserted the 96" MX57 partially into one side, slid over a brand new middle section (approximately 2' to replace the portion that we had cut out), riveted the first and middle parts together, then attached the other end, riveted it to the MX57, attached the vinyl and re-attached the repaired roller tube to the camper.

When we finished installing the awning, we demonstrated how the awning functions perfectly as it did before the accident, just as if the break had never occurred.

So until we have the video complete...that's the jest of the story. Thanks for visiting us and if you're thinking of ordering or have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call (813) 622-7796 Toll free: 1-800-246-4268. Ask for CJ
