RV AWNING REPAIRToday we will show you how to splice an awning using the 8' MX57.Our client is Leo and he called from just around the corner with a broken awning so we though it would make a great case study to demonstrate just how easy it is to repair a broken awning roller tube using the MX57.We hope you enjoy this short video. For additional information on tightening the tention spring be sure to watch our other videos (found on www.mx57.com) because that part is very dangerous and should only be done by an experienced, trained professional. Many shops can install the MX57 for you, all you need to do is ask. It normally takes about 1 to 2 hours and in Leo's case he called around and had estimates of over $800 to replace his broken awning roller tube. The worst part is...he would have ended up with the same tube he started with. This means he would only be one good rain away from having a broken awning again. Most awnings can only hold up to a couple hundred pounds of water. When you install the MX57, your awning roller tube will not break even up to 1000 lbs of weight. Once you install the MX57, your awning will not break, bend, or bow. Please feel free to visit us on our website or call us for additional informaiton. When you call ask for CJ who is the inventor and patent holder for the MX57. We look forward to answering any of your questions. You can reach us at Monday - Friday 9a -5p Eastern5510 Carmack Road Tampa, FL 33610 (813) 622-7796 Toll free: 1-800-246-4268 Fax (813)623-5376
